Business Acquisition Supervisor - Islamic Corporate Banking

Responsibilities:-

Assess and monitor credit risk according to regulatory and internal risk policies on a portfolio of corporate clients.
Interact with different departments and stakeholders as part of the corporate credit process.
Develop structuring and financing recommendations that are tailored to clients' needs through synthesis and evaluation of the more complex needs of clients.
Prepare credit proposals combining financials analysis with sectorial information to support credit committee decisions regarding the client’s risk of default, credit rating and adequacy of the proposed financing
Establish contact, and credibility with prospective clients to influence key decision-makers to start a relationship with the organization.
Explore opportunities and recommend strategies for cross-selling products and services based on a thorough understanding of the range of corporate banking products and services, and various client analyses.
Identify and prospect new clients by performing market segmentation and applying different organizational approaches in targeting and selecting clients.
Sustain and build client relationships by maintaining ongoing communication and negotiation (pricing, financing structure) sessions with clients to deliver both quality and tailored service offerings.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate banking.
Credit Course is Must

Requirements:

Banking Experience is Preferable.
Bachelor's degree from reputable/relevant university.

Qualifications and experience
• Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills and Knowledge
• Presentable and well groomed
• excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of all retail banking products and services.
• Knowledge of all banking instruments (Withdrawal slips, Deposit slips, cheques, etc...) used in the branch.
• Basic Knowledge of Know your customer-KYC, Anti Money Laundry -AML and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of Quality Service
• Good command of English Language, extra language is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills
