We’re excited to announce our new weekly yoga class!
Join us every Friday at 1:30 pm for a Hatha-Vinyasa flow with Malouk on our lush rooftop in Maadi 46, road 9.

The class emphasizes breath and movement. You will flow with a series of poses that will be held for a few moments for deep relaxation. The class is designed to focus on your physical and mental health, promoting the mind, body and soul connection amidst our ZeroChemia garden.
It’s a beginners class, so no previous experience is required to attend!

About Malouk: Malak is a hungry yogi at heart. A health fanatic, she believes in a holistic approach to one’s wellbeing, with yoga and food in the driver’s seat. Malak is a certified health coach by the Integrative Institute of Nutrition in New York. She is also 200 RYT yoga teacher and has been practicing yoga consistently for 5 years.
