SkyMed Dental Training Hub is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Center Manager to join our team. At SkyMed, we offer hands-on dental training that simulates real dental practice using state-of-the-art facilities and technology. If you're passionate about education, dentistry, and leadership, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Training Manager, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage multiple training programs in a professional setting
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and web-based training tools
- Proven track record of executing the full training cycle: needs assessment, planning, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
