When a patient facing an 80% chance of losing their upper limb due to a large Osteochondroma was offered limited hope, QubX3D stepped in to change the story.
Using our cloud-based service, the surgical team accessed a precise 3D visualization and custom 3D printed anatomical model showing critical vascular relationships. This powerful combination allowed the surgeon to plan a precise, limb-sparing surgery, saving the patient’s arm.
The surgery was successfully performed at Menofia University, thanks to the dedicated collaboration between the orthopedic and vascular teams. With QubX3D’s advanced 3D planning services, the team was able to execute a precise procedure that not only preserved the patient’s limb but also maintained full neurovascular function of the arm.
