Why send a plain email when you can send a professional one instantly?
We’ve just built a custom email solution in Power Platform at MStack360 that makes client follow-ups look polished and personal every time.
Instead of typing from scratch, I can send a clean template with:
- Client name and subject line pre-filled
- Direct meeting link if needed (just in case)
- Any Custom button for rescheduling
It looks nice, saves time, and improves the client experience.

Today a client asked for three shared mailboxes. Instead of clicking around the Admin Center, I asked ChatGPT to draft a PowerShell script > then created all three mailboxes (with permissions) in one run.
It turned a 5–10 minute manual task into a fun, repeatable workflow I can reuse the next time a client asks for “three more.”
Like to suffer 🤣 but I really enjoyed it :)
Review the script, adapt to your naming standards, and you’re good to go.
