ويشمل نطاق التعاون ايضا رفع الوعي بالمخاطر ووسائل الاحتيال الالكترونية للتجار مستخدمي النظام وضمان اتباع اجراءات محددة لضمان استدامة الخدمات المقدمة للعملاء.

Collaboration between the Egyptian Enterprise Services Company (Khadmaty) and Sandex for Technical Consulting and Project Management is aimed at enhancing Khidmati's capabilities to comply with cybersecurity standards and preparing for the improvement of the technologies and tools used in the provided services.

The collaboration also involves designing a structural framework for the electronic services offered to ensure the activation of specific authorization parameters and the establishment of digital communication standards between the main center and branches across the governorates nationwide.

The scope of the cooperation also includes raising awareness about risks and electronic fraud methods for merchants, system users, and ensuring the implementation of specific procedures to guarantee the sustainability of the services provided to customers.

نموذج من منهجية العمل لمشروعات حوكمة وحماية البيانات والتوافق مع معايير الحوكمة والقواعد المنظمة في المملكة العربية السعودية يتضمن الخطوات التالية:

✔️التحليل والتقييم: يتضمن تحديد أهداف المشروع وتقييم المخاطر المرتبطة بالبيانات وتحليل التوافق مع المعايير والقوانين المحلية والدولية.

✔️وضع الخطة: يشمل تحديد الأهداف الرئيسية والمخرجات المتوقعة وتخصيص الموارد وتحديد جدول زمني للتنفيذ وتحديد المهام والمسؤوليات.

✔️تنفيذ المشروع: يتضمن تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات اللازمة لضمان حوكمة وحماية البيانات، وتنفيذ تقنيات الأمان وإدارة المخاطر، وتدريب الموظفين والمستخدمين.
