Social Media Specialist is required by Construction Office in a full time job at 5th settlement.
About the Job:
- Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily or as agreed content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Help, create and maintain an up to date social media and website marketing plan.
- Define most important social media KPIs.
- Raise Brand awareness and protect brand exposure by executing a suitable social media campaign.
- Create Ads, analysis on Facebook and Instagram.
- Gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of social media marketing road-map.
- Follow the campaign budget and update it as requested.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Required qualifications:
* Background and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B social media preferred construction background.
- Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Hands-on experience in content management.
- Good in English.
