We are hiring a Sales & Marketing person:
Responsibilities:
• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implementing sales opportunities and advertising.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
• Support promotional and awareness campaigns and support.
• Contribute to preparing all online and print materials and campaigns.
• Contribute to preparing all online avenues of production, including website, social media pages, email campaigns, and responses.

Task:
• Prepare and continuous update a detailed project time schedule
• Follow and report the delayed tasks in the time schedule
• Review and prepare progressive billing for sub-contractors and clients
• Pricing and preparing the BOQ for new Projects
• Make architectural shop-drawings
• Attend site meetings when needed and make site survey for the as-built drawings
