Job Requirements:-
Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements; - persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery; - negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs; - calculating client quotations and administering client accounts; - providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education; - working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required; - arranging and carrying out product training; - analyzing costs and sales; - preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records on startupmanager; - meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects; - supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events; - making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs; - liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts; - helping in the design of custom-made products; - Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.

This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Seeders and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
About the Role:
The Business developer manager is a key member of the Go To Market teams and is responsible for driving revenue through development and expansion of client opportunities. The Business developer manager (BDM) will provide technical and solution envisioning expertise to the Market Units (MU) , Direct Sales teams and Sales teams.
The BDM will help in customer presentations and execute sales strategies, drive proposal efforts and provide pre-sales technical sales support.
This successful BDM will specialize in ERP Solutions and therefore, provide deep expertise in lead qualification, opportunity assessment, opportunity development , proposal development, proof of concept creation as it relates to ERP Opportunities for SME's.
**Responsibilities:
-Primary technical contact on a client engagement
-Creates proof of concepts and lead demonstrations that solves our clients business problems
-Consults, advising our clients & internal stakeholders on uses of startupmanager.net to solve problems
-Ownership for estimation of a proposal during the sales process
-Present technical approach and solutions to C-level clients
-Execute strategic engagements: Demos for our customers
-Design, scope, organize and deliver training events for both client-facing and PR events
-Learn our client's business, their organization, systems, challenges and goals
-Participate in, and lead stakeholder brainstorming, technical on-boarding sessions
-Updated with any technology trends related to the industry
-Lead client facing & internal training (technology training and/or application specific-training)
-BDMs have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.
**Desired Experience:
-Balance of advanced technical skills, marketing, client consultative skills and sales experience.
-2+ years prior professional experience in the pre-sales process
-You are personable, creative, highly collaborative and enthusiastic tending to see opportunities instead of problems
-Successful BDMs are detail-oriented people and always looking to learn.
-You have shown you can rise to business challenges, think on your feet and are inclusive of others to resolve problems/remove roadblocks
-You are the ultimate diplomat
-You can appreciate supporting high needs clients even when things get demanding. Again, think diplomacy, skill with others and teamwork and collaboration to meet the goals of the client and our team
-You are flexible with travel
**Your Education:
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Business, Sales or Marketing strongly preferred
