تواصل مؤسسة فكر للتنمية المجتمعية رحلتها في دعم وتمكين المشاركات ببرنامج دعم سبل المعيشة، حيث تم تنفيذ مقابلات تقييم المشروعات المقدمة من المستفيدات.
شهدت المقابلات عرض المشاركات لأفكارهم ومشروعاتهم التي عملوا على تطويرها خلال فترة التدريب، حيث أتيحت لهم الفرصة لعرض رؤيتهم وخططهم المستقبلية، في خطوة مهمة نحو اختيار المشروعات المؤهلة للحصول على الدعم والتمويل.
تعكس هذه المرحلة حجم الجهد والتطور الذي حققته المشاركات، كما تؤكد أهمية الاستثمار في الأفكار الواعدة وتمكين النساء اقتصاديًا من خلال دعم مشروعات قادرة على تحقيق دخل مستدام وتحسين جودة الحياة لهم ولأسرهم. 💙🌱

✨ Another Step Toward Turning Ideas into Reality ✨
Fekr Community Development Foundation continues its journey of supporting and empowering participants through the Livelihood Support Program by conducting project evaluation interviews for beneficiaries.
During these interviews, participants presented the business ideas and projects they developed throughout the training period, sharing their visions and future plans. This marks an important step toward selecting projects eligible for support and funding.
This stage reflects the effort, growth, and progress achieved by the participants, while highlighting the importance of investing in promising ideas and empowering women economically through projects that can generate sustainable income and improve the quality of life for them and their families. 💙🌱
📸 We are pleased to share some moments from the evaluation interviews, which showcased the creativity, ambition, and determination of the participants as they continue their journey toward economic independence.
We wish all participants the very best of success and look forward to seeing these ideas grow into successful projects that create a positive impact within their communities.

✨ Another day full of learning, growth, and new opportunities!

The second day of the Employability Skills Training continued with incredible energy and engagement from our beneficiaries. Today ended with an interactive job interview simulation, where participants stepped into real-life scenarios, challenged themselves, built confidence, and transformed nervous moments into opportunities to shine. 🌟

The excitement continued as different employment opportunities provided through the Foundation were introduced, opening doors to new possibilities and bringing participants one step closer to building a stable and brighter future.

Every question asked, every skill practiced, and every moment of participation is another step toward empowerment and independence. The journey continues, and we are proud to witness determination turning into action and dreams moving closer to reality. 💙✨

استمر اليوم الثاني من تدريب المهارات التوظيفية وسط تفاعل وحماس كبير من المستفيدين. واختُتم اليوم بمحاكاة تفاعلية لمقابلات العمل، حيث خاض المشاركون تجربة واقعية أتاحت لهم فرصة لتحدي أنفسهم، وتعزيز ثقتهم بقدراتهم، وتحويل التوتر إلى فرصة للتألق والنجاح 🌟

ولم يتوقف الحماس عند ذلك، حيث تم استعراض فرص التوظيف المختلفة التي وفرتها المؤسسة، لفتح أبواب جديدة أمام المستفيدين وتقريبهم خطوة إضافية نحو مستقبل أكثر استقرارًا وإشراقًا.

كل سؤال تم طرحه، وكل مهارة تم اكتسابها، وكل لحظة مشاركة كانت خطوة جديدة نحو التمكين والاستقلالية. نفخر بأن نرى الإصرار يتحول إلى خطوات حقيقية، والأحلام تقترب يومًا بعد يوم من أن تصبح واقعًا 💙✨
