Calamisis by Giada

Thank you for sharing my journey ~ I wanted to post here, as several people reached out privately to ask if my story is really true?!

YES it’s true & Yes I attribute my recovery to this program. It’s not a magic pill, it requires daily dedication & discipline, but I had tried EVERYTHING before, leaving me hopeless & having spent a fortune; this was my last resort. So grateful to Dr Mike & the whole team of coaches 🫶🏼

BEST thing I did for myself earlier this year was to join the day challenge Feb-May. I won second place not even knowing there were prizes 🏆
The real prize: I completely turned my life & 4 herniated discs diagnosis around, so that I could live life fully again after years of debilitating pain & 9 months of not working.
I still have 2 labral hip tears that I’m healing & working through, but I have avoided having surgery 🙏🏼
Feel free to ask me anything about their program; I’m happy to share more details & my referral link.
They also have a 7 day free trial; You’ve literally got nothing to lose & everything to gain 💜

Also a special shout-out to the whole community & my accountability buddy & souls sister Tracy .moves Love you sweet friend 👯‍♀️
I barely use social media anymore, but the the moveU community is the most inspiring & supportive environment I’ve ever participated in. There’s something truly remarkable about all being on your individual journey to living a life free of pain & yet having it witnessed, while being encouraged when you need it most. It’s a full physical, mental, emotional & spiritual upgrade if you allow it 💫🧘🏼‍♀️💪🪬

Find me where the wild things are 🌻🌀

Last ceremony held last night & I’m officially on summer break; taking a nice rest. Finished with a self serve today to reset & reflecting in complete gratitude of all the incredibly, beautiful souls I’ve had the honor to serve & guide in ceremony this year so far 🐸🍄🙏🏼
Especially through the last 6 months where I’ve been able to serve medicine at full schedule again, after my back injury last year - my heart is so full 💜

for our little day adventure & your amazing talent 📸😘 Love you!
