1️⃣ Technical Office Architect

Job Description:
• Prepare detailed shop drawings & construction details based on issued design packages.
• Develop full detailing for all interior finishing elements.
• Coordinate between different disciplines (site, MEP, suppliers).
• Review and ensure proper ex*****on on site according to drawings.
• Modify and update drawings based on site conditions.

Requirements:
• 3–7 years of experience in technical office / interior finishing.
• Strong experience in shop drawings & detailing (very important).
• Excellent knowledge of:
• AutoCAD
• Revit (preferred)
• SketchUp
• 3ds Max (optional)
• MS Office
• Strong understanding of interior finishing materials & methods.
• High attention to details and coordination skills.

2️⃣ Finishing Site Engineer

Job Description:
• Supervise all site finishing works (civil & architectural).
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings & specs.
• Coordinate with technical office for any required modifications.
• Manage subcontractors and site labor.
• Follow up quality control & project progress.

Requirements:
• 3–7 years of experience in interior finishing projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Marble, woodwork, gypsum, painting, flooring… etc.
• Ability to read and implement shop drawings accurately.
• Strong site management and problem-solving skills.
