Lockdown is happening people... But that doesn’t mean you should stop training.
In fact, quite the opposite.
Birdbox now offers an “At Home” option with minimal equipment needed.
If you’re one of the lucky ones and have access to a gym or a full home gym, our full programming is still available.

Today’s workout is a a section of the training program of the day.

• Warm-up
• Activation
• Stabilization
• Strengthening
• Conditioning

There may be two training sessions in the day, to promote adaptations.
