As part of Mental Health Awareness Week 🧠💚 We’ve been reflecting on what it really means to feel well at work and beyond. We asked our team what helps them show up as their best selves.

Here’s Martha’s story:

“True wellness, for me, is the clarity that comes after pushing through something tough.

Boxing has become more than just a workout- it’s my space to reset, build strength, and to start the day with a sense of purpose. It’s helped me find a better balance, not just in my career, but in how I show up for the people who matter most to me.

At ComeOn, wellbeing isn’t just something we talk about- it’s something we’re genuinely encouraged to invest in. That support has made a real difference for me. I come into each day with more focus, more energy, and a clearer mindset-because I’ve already taken the time to take care of myself first.”🥊

April was full of great moments across our ComeOn offices - here’s a little peek into it 🖤

This month brought a nice mix of fun and different experiences across our offices.

We played tennis in Graz, tested out a Boeing 737 flight simulator ✈️, and had a paint activity in the Stockholm office 🎨.

We also wrapped it up with a POP quiz in Malta that got everyone thinking (and laughing 😄).
