Here's a great little sequence for you, to get some more hip mobility.
We're moving from Lizard Pose (Utthan Pristhasana) to Crescent Lunge Pose (Anjaneyasana).

Yesterday's class was a good warm up, one could say, for today's class.
We still just did passive stretches in today's Body-Equity Class today also, but well deeper than yesterday.
These two Frog Pose variations I find, really do the job.
They dig deep into the tissue...
You can feel the stretches working and feel all the looser.

Here's another one of those exercises I do every day, to keep back pain at bay.

Technically a little more challenging than yesterday's exercise, but still very doable.
