Yoga Essence with Rianna

Hello again!
I'm now back from Scotland and can't wait to get back on the mat 🎉 so our yoga classes start again next week, as from Tuesday the 14th of July at 10.00am for a nice gentle Hatha yoga flow at the Qihai centre beside the Marquesa golf course.

There are also classes on Friday at 10.00am which is a Yin yoga class but very popular so MUST be booked to avoid disappointment❗️

Saturdays at 10.00am we always enjoy another slow moving Hatha yoga class which always starts with some breath work known as pranayama to bring us into the zone and allows us to focus and find our centre before we even start moving 🧘‍♀️

Our centre is fully air conditioned with a standing fan, making the experience more comfortable and if you're worried about parking, don't...we have the use of the car park at the Dialprix supermarket 😉

Sorry 🙏 this Saturday, the 13th of June there is NO Hatha yoga class ❌️

I'm off to do my second level of Gong training with ReAl Gong We'll delve deeper into the Gong ceremonies known as Pujas where we take it in turn to play the Gong from 10.00pm until 8.00am, uninterrupted Gong vibrations which is so powerful and magical for all attendees 💫 💤 this is just a small part of the teaching course....there will be more..much more.

The dome is huge and looks absoloutely AMAZING!!
