🇬🇧 A strong project does not begin with beautiful renderings. It begins with understanding the space. We always visit the site and analyse it directly:�load-bearing walls and partitions, utilities and systems, wet and dry zones, orientation (north, south, east, west), natural light and the character of each room.
Architecture is not only about design. It is about understanding the real space and guiding the project through every stage — from concept to realization.

🇷🇺Хороший проект начинается не с красивых картинок. Он начинается с внимательного изучения пространства. Мы всегда выезжаем на объект и анализируем его на месте:�несущие стены и перегородки, коммуникации, инженерные системы, мокрые и сухие зоны, ориентацию по сторонам света, естественное освещение и особенности каждого помещения.
Архитектура — это не только проектирование. Это понимание пространства, работа с реальным объектом и сопровождение проекта на всех этапах — от идеи до реализации.

🇪🇸 Un buen proyecto no empieza con imágenes bonitas. Empieza con una comprensión profunda del espacio. Siempre visitamos el lugar y lo analizamos directamente:�muros de carga y tabiques, instalaciones y sistemas, zonas húmedas y secas, orientación (norte, sur, este, oeste), luz natural y las características de cada estancia.
La arquitectura no es solo diseño. Es comprender el espacio real y acompañar el proyecto en todas sus etapas: desde la idea hasta la realización.

В центре гардеробной расположен косметический столик с вертикально установленным зеркалом. В нашем случае зеркало вращается на 180 градусов по вертикальной оси, выполняя свои эстетические функции и разделяя пространство на спальную и гардеробную зоны. Дверцы шкафов выполнены из специального тонированного стекла с высоким коэффициентом отражения. Это позволяет замаскировать вещи, находящиеся за ними, и придает шкафам современный и стильный вид. А если включить внутреннюю подсветку, все содержимое шкафов будет хорошо видно.

En el centro del vestidor hay una mesa de tocador con un espejo vertical. En nuestro caso, el espejo gira 180 grados sobre su eje vertical, cumpliendo sus funciones estéticas y dividiendo el espacio en zonas de dormitorio y vestidor. Las puertas de los armarios están hechas de vidrio tintado especial con un alto coeficiente de reflexión. Esto permite ocultar los objetos detrás de ellas y le da a los armarios un aspecto moderno y elegante. Y si enciendes la iluminación interior, todo el contenido de los armarios será claramente visible.

In the center of the dressing room, there is a vanity table with a vertically mounted mirror. In our case, the mirror rotates 180 degrees on its vertical axis, serving its aesthetic functions and dividing the space into bedroom and dressing areas. The wardrobe doors are made of special tinted glass with a high reflection coefficient. This allows you to hide the items behind them and gives the wardrobes a modern and stylish look. And if you turn on the internal lighting, all the contents of the wardrobes will be clearly visible.

Просторная, светлая спальня хозяев дома. Ее планировка создает ощущение отдельного, абсолютно автономного от всей остальной квартиры пространства, при этом стилистика сохраняется общей. Здесь есть гардеробная, личная душевая, а само пространство спальни может изменяться в соответствии с потребностями хозяев. Например, две отдельностоящие кровати позволяют при необходимости их раздвинуть и поменять расположение тумб.

Es un amplio y luminoso dormitorio principal de la casa. Su diseño crea una sensación de espacio separado, completamente autónomo del resto del piso, mientras que el estilo se mantiene en general. Hay un vestidor y una ducha personal. El espacio del dormitorio puede cambiar de acuerdo con las necesidades de los propietarios. Por ejemplo, dos camas independientes permiten, si es necesario, separarlas y cambiar la ubicación de las mesitas de noche.

A spacious, bright master bedroom. Its layout creates the feeling of a separate, completely autonomous space from the rest of the apartment, while the style remains consistent. There is a dressing room and a private shower room. The bedroom space itself can be adjusted according to the needs of the owners. For example, two separate beds can be pushed apart and the location of the nightstands can be changed if necessary.
