Congratulations to All Graduates!

When mothers rise, the world listens!

Back in March 1917, in Petrograd, Russian women led the historic “Bread and Peace” movement—led to end war and hardship. Their courage helped push Russia out of World War I, and today we honor that spirit every March 8.

Now, that same motherly courage is walking barefoot through the streets of Rome. Mothers from across the Middle East—Israeli, Palestinian, and others—are coming together in a peaceful “Barefoot Walk” movement. Their message is simple yet profound: end the violence, stop the wars, and give our children a future filled with peace, safety, and dignity.

Barefoot, they walk not in weakness—but in truth, in grief, and in hope. May Almighty help us they succeed!

Imagine the world we could build if we truly had the hearts of our mothers. A world where compassion is stronger than conflict, where humanity comes before division.

I’m reminded of voices that dare to speak for mercy—even when it’s unpopular: A year ago when Rev Mariann (Bishop, female) sincerely requested Donald Trump to "Have Mercy" on immigrants while almost men cruely support the deportation of immigrants. Choosing kindness and peace is never weakness; it is the highest form of strength.

This world has always had enough for all of us. What we need is the will to live together in harmony.
