Housing development is a cornerstone of sustainable urban growth. Thoughtfully planned housing not only improves affordability and accessibility, but also enhances the city’s character—blending traditional lifestyles with modern, high-density living.

In collaboration with the Addis Ababa Public-Private Partnership Development Office and private developers including Nabee Homes, DMV Addis, and others, Kush Engineering has successfully finalized the Local Development Plan (LDP) and urban design for the Bethel Mendida Housing Project, covering 10.2 hectares.

This milestone contributes to the city’s ongoing efforts to expand affordable housing options for its residents.
