We're Hiring: Real Estate Sales Consultant
Location: Addis Ababa | Full-Time
We are looking for passionate and driven Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our fast-growing team. If you have at least 6 months of experience in real estate sales or client-focused roles, this is your chance to grow with one of the most innovative property marketing firms in Ethiopia.
Responsibilities:
Guide potential clients through the property selection and purchase process
Conduct property tours and site visits with prospects
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to match buyers with the right properties
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
Stay informed about real estate market trends and offerings
Minimum Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience in real estate or direct sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented
Basic understanding of property documents and the buying process
Willingness to work on-site and attend client meetings and showings
