Taliilee of Harmee Cultural Restaurant started out her journey of offering delicious Oromo cultural dishes in a small restaurant she opened in the Bole area of Finfinnee. Her restaurant quickly grew, however, and she relocated into a bigger building with modern amenities where she can serve more people and employ more youth for a sustainable and culturally important gastronomic experience. She is our “Best Cultural Cuisine - Individual” awardee.
