Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated MERN Stack Backend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining robust APIs to support a highly interactive front-end application. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating scalable and efficient backend systems to enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop RESTful APIs to support dynamic and high-performing user interactions from the frontend.
· Implement efficient database structures and operations using MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
· Develop middleware logic and server-side functionality using Node.js and Express.js.
· Optimize API performance and scalability to handle a large volume of requests seamlessly.
· Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms, including token-based authentication (e.g., JWT).
· Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
· Debug and troubleshoot server-side issues and API-related bugs.
· Write unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality and reliability.
· Follow best practices for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment.
