MSD Honored with Three Prestigious Awards from the Amhara Regional Bureau of Finance

Mahibere Hiwot for Social Development (MSD) is proud to announce that it has received three distinguished awards from the Amhara Regional Bureau of Finance in recognition of its outstanding contributions to the region through impactful development, humanitarian, and partnership interventions.

The first award was presented in appreciation of MSD’s long-term development engagement and sustained support to communities across the Amhara Region. This recognition reflects the organization’s enduring commitment to improving livelihoods, strengthening resilience, and advancing inclusive socio-economic development.

The second and third awards recognized MSD’s valuable financial and institutional support to the Government and Civil Society Organizations Forum (GOs-CSOs), held in Bahir Dar City from April 28–29, 2026. MSD’s active contribution to strengthening collaboration and partnership platforms was highly acknowledged.

Among more than 130 national and international civil society organizations assessed under different performance criteria, MSD was further honored with the Special CSO Award, highlighting its exceptional service, innovation, leadership, and commitment to transformative change.
