, in partnership with UNICEF Ethiopia, conducted a project launching workshop entitled "Prevention, Risk Mitigation, and Response to Gender-Based Violence in Emergencies (GBViE) in Afar regions" jointly with regional stakeholders and grass-root level project implementing partners. In the meantime, a three days training was provided on the basic concept of GBV for Women and Girls Safe Space (WGSS) facilitators, community social workers, and GBV service providers at Semera town Dini Hotel. The project is donated by UNICEF Ethiopia.

, in partnership with UNICEF Ethiopia, celebrated the end of the 16 Days of Activism against GBV (November 25 - December 10) with various events, likely focusing on community dialogues, Questions and Answers (Q&A), door- to- door megaphone asserted GBV campaign, and empowerment in Berahele Woreda, aiming to raise awareness of target community to end gender-based violence. The project is donated by Ethiopia.

In Partnership with UN Women Ethiopia (WPHF), ACISDA has provided a mobile WiFi apparatus with one year unlimited Internet access for well-known Afar social media activists to encourage thier advocacy work focusing on women right, gender related discriminatory social norms, and prevention of Sexual Gender-Based Violence (SGBV).
