Pacific Building Solutions is looking for an experienced and reliable Digger Operator to join our team.

📍Suva based.

✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience operating diggers/excavators
✅ Valid driver’s licence
✅ Strong understanding of site safety requirements
✅ Able to work independently and within a team
✅ Reliable, hardworking, and punctual

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Safe and efficient operation of excavation machinery
• Excavation and earthworks activities
• Daily machine checks and basic maintenance
• Compliance with site instructions and safety procedures

🤝 Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines

✔ Minimum Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant construction experience
• Proven trade skills for the role applied for
• Good understanding of measurements, levels, and alignment
• Physically fit for construction environments
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Good communication and teamwork skills
