Ice Skating ❄️⛸️

Get ready to glide into winter fun! With the ice rink opening last weekend, it’s time to embrace the season. This event is perfect for all skill levels, whether you’re a pro on the ice or just starting out. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet new friends, enjoy some fresh air, and celebrate the winter season together. ❄️⛸️

📌When?

Thursday, 13.11.25 at 19:00. Please be on time! If you can’t make it right at the start, you’re welcome to join us later — just note that you’ll need to buy your own entry ticket. The ice rink closes at 22:00 so we’ll need to leave before then.

📌Meeting point: Kunsteisbahn Margarethen, Im Margarethenpark 10, 4053 Basel, in front of the entrance of the ice skating

📌What to bring? Normal ID and Student ID (if under 25) and don’t forget to dress warm and bring your gloves

📌Prices:

ESNcard holders (students under 25 years): 2 CHF
ESNcard holders (students 25 and above or non students): 3 CHF

Exchange students without ESNcard (students under 25 years): 4 CHF
Exchange students without ESNcard (students 25 and above): 5 CHF

Everyone else (students under 25y): 5.5 CHF
Everyone else (non students or local students 25y and older): 7.5 CHF

The price includes entry and ice skates. If you bring your own skates, please text the organiser in advance (you’ll get 2.5 CHF back).
