A massive congratulations 🥳 to . Lara is such a hard worker day in day out. No one more consistent, motivated and persistent in training despite not being able to run for 6 months.
Sunday made for such a tough day in Bolton with high winds & rain on a very challenging course. That was not going to hold Lara back.
Lara had such a fantastic day. She started the day with a great swim achieving a 4 min PB. Onto the bike she was being patient and slowly started to reel people in. Lara had such a strong run moving herself into 3rd Female OA achieving a 20 min run PB 🤯
Not only did Lara cross the finish line 3rd Female OA but she’s qualified for the World Championships in Kona 🌺🌺
No person deserves it more than Lara. We are immensely proud of you!!! Well done 👏🏼
