Mattias Harrysson is a Service Technician for the Foundry segment in Sweden. In this video, he talks about the variety that makes his job genuinely exciting, and about the people who helped him get good at it.

We are proud to recognize the Special ExCo Prize winner of our 2025 Sustainability Awards: the Climate Disaster Preparedness initiative from our team in Taiwan.
As climate-driven disasters grow more frequent and intense, Silvia Fan and Eva Teng recognized that when disasters can’t be avoided, being prepared makes all the difference. This initiative focused on building resilience from within, through proactive training, early prevention measures, emergency kits, and financial support mechanisms that help employees stay safe, informed, and supported.
When a typhoon struck Taiwan in 2025, their preparation made a real difference for their colleagues.
