I woke up at 2:55am this morning 😴 And here I am, on my way to visit family for the holidays 🎄✨🎁❣️
I acknowledge the pain I’m processing, and I also feel grateful for the phenomenal people and circumstances in my life. Recently I’ve been shifting between joy, gratitude, anger, despair, anguish, and hope. It’s a lot to process 🙃🎢
Emotions are like waves in the ocean - sometimes they are aggressive & strong, and other times they are gentle and docile. My life’s work involves teaching myself [and others] to recognize, acknowledge, and gracefully process their emotions with love and compassion 🌊🩵
