Creamy Velveeta Beef & Bowtie Pasta
Cheesy Bowtie Pasta with Savory Ground Beef
Ingredients:
12 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Directions:
Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add onion and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until softened, about 3 minutes.
Stir in diced tomatoes, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Lower heat and add Velveeta cubes. Stir until melted and creamy.
Stir in heavy cream and cooked pasta, tossing to coat evenly.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.

Ingredients:
1 pre-made pizza crust (or homemade if preferred)
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/3 cup Buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or green onions for garnish
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss the shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce until well-coated.
Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone and spread a thin layer of ranch or blue cheese dressing over the crust.
Top with the Buffalo chicken mixture, then sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and blue cheese crumbles (if using) evenly across the pizza.
Add red onion slices for extra flavor.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped chives or green onions before slicing and serving.
