Grateful for the weekend's gigs (well three 24 hours) 🙏😊🥁
Common Culture had a truly superb set at Bearded Theory, before rising early on site to head a few hours down south and play at Cursus Festival. A real sweet boutique festival which, were it not for another gig, I would loved to have stuck around for.

After that I headed solo, back north for a few hours to play a private event with another band. Returning to Bearded Theory on the Sunday to meet up with the Common Culture again for hangs and good music.

Bearded is always fun, a stellar mix of nostalgia (awesome: The Damned, Skunk Anansie, Garbage, Badly Drawn Boy, Neville Staple, Peter Hook) and upcoming bands (obscenely good: Getdown Services, Lynks). Plus Stewart Lee popping up on various stages is always a win. Chilled vibes too.
