Todays customer called us out to extract a key stuck within a ultion 3* thumb turner that also had a failed cam which means lock was stuck in the door
In one visit we have extracted the key, manipulate the cam to release from the door and changed with a brand new high security 3* ABS magnet key lock.

Got a call out in Surrey for a broken door handle, this was replaced with a new universal PVC door handle. Done a free security check on the property's locks and found 2 weak points.
