2. Be the minority, always!
3. Do good, be good, and it will always return
4. Do whatever you donโt want to do daily
5. Hang with people aligned with your values
6. You are a product of your environment
7. The past shows you got through your darkest days
8. Have fun daily, smile often
9. Stay in your own lane
I look forward to adding at least 3 more before the year is out.

1. Go keto
2. Drink bootea
3. Starve for as-long as possible then binge
4. Cut out the treats, and go on more walks
Iโm guessing most of you opted for the sensible option.
I was thinking about the difference between how we treat ourselves compared to our furry friends.

- We tend to be self critical on ourselves, we donโt hate on our dogs for putting on weight, like we do ourselves
- We use common sense approaches to support our pets
- We trust our dogs will lose the weight with controlled action. We donโt doubt the process
