Meet Sophie 👋
Sophie has been a friendly face here Purpose since first joining back in 2019.
Originally coming to add strength training alongside her running, consistently showing up 2–3 times a week has helped her complete her first marathon… and now continue training confidently through pregnancy right up to 8 months pregnant (and still going 🥵🤰🏻).
As Sophie says herself, one of the best parts of training at Purpose is that the thinking is taken care of for you. No stressing about what session to do or whether you’re doing the “right” thing — you turn up, train hard, have a laugh, and head home 🤝
Simple.
8 months pregnant and still showing up for herself, moving well, and proving that strength looks different in every season. 👶🏻🤍
Meet Steven 👋
Steven is one of our newer members here at Purpose, joining us late last year after being recommended by a friend. 🤝
Training wasn’t new to Steven, but the environment and routine were a little different previously.
Over the last 6 months, he’s taken the time to figure out what works best for him here at Purpose, with the support of our coaches and community. Now, he trains consistently 4 times a week — despite working a full-time job and running his own business, . He never misses. 🙌
