Racing a cross country event soon? Fancy having a go? Why not join in with a coaching session this Saturday. 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻

With 20 years experience of racing cross country I am offering a training session to practice running over grass, mud and hills as well as share my experiences and tips.

Weather looks to be lovely atm but please keep in mind that we will be running on grass / muddy terain so bring appropriate shoes, clothing and a drink.

I will be asking for £2 for non coached athletes. Please comment below if you intend on attending.

After smashing the 1 mile race on Friday they were back at it last night at the 5km with more brilliant performances 👏🏻 👊🏻💥

🔴 finished with 16.45 - his fastest 5km since 2021!
🟢 .walker_ got another pb with 20.58! First time sub 21, she started the year with a pb of 22.30!!
🔴 was a few seconds of her sb with 22.18 - backing up a brilliant mile race from Friday!!
