I haven't made cakes for a while, as I've been preparing for a huge party. This was my cake for my Gatsby 40th.
Lemon and raspberry sponge filled with lemon curd and lemon cream finished off with white chocolate & a double chocolate sponge with salted caramel filing and milk chocolate ganache.
