🧘‍♂️ Tai Chi – Free Taster Session

☀️ Reminder – Livewell classes in this week’s heat ☀️

The weather is hotting up again this week and some Livewell classes take place in community venues without air conditioning. Please use your own judgement about what feels right for you – especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, older or supporting a child.

It is absolutely fine to:
✅ choose a different session
✅ work at a gentler pace
✅ take more breaks
✅ skip a class if the venue feels too warm 💧

📢Allestree Park Walk – meeting point change during July and August🚶‍♀️‍➡️🚶‍♂️‍➡️🧑‍🦽‍➡️

📝For all walks at Allestree Park during July and August, there will be no meeting point at, or access to, the Evergreen Club.

📝During this period, the meeting point will be: Main Avenue entrance to the park (DE22 2EG) at 10am.

📍Please note: this is not the main Allestree Park entrance via Duffield Road/Burley Hill.

Elvaston Walk – Cancellation Sunday 28 June

Please note that our fortnightly Elvaston walk (usually held on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month at 8.30am) is cancelled on Sunday 28 June.

The walk will resume as normal on Sunday 12 July
