This subfloor needed some attention before we could lay - part ply board and part screed. We then went back and laid 5mm SPC Plank

A job we previously uplifted and prepped the subfloor using a self levelling latex based screed.

Now been laid with Lignum Fusion 12mm Laminate in colour Oregon Oak.

New Skirting Boards fit including box work to unsightly radiator pipes.

This floor had previously been laid with glue down lvt, unfortunately for our client the subfloor hadn't been prepped properly and they were left with a failed floor.

Floor LAB have uplifted the prior work and have now addressed the sub floor issue. Using a primer and latex based screed.

We will be returning to lay a fresh new Herringbone 12mm Laminate.

This new build home has had the subfloor prepped with a self levelling screed We then laid SPC Herringbone throughout the whole of downstairs, in colour Chared Grey.

Hallway, kitchen & diner has been laid with 6.5mm heavy duty, SPC in herringbone style with a defined bevelled edge.
