👋 Meet the Team: Adam Bewley, Business Manager

This week, we’re pleased to introduce Adam — our Business Manager for Wiltshire, who brings over 12 years of experience in the funeral profession, including 9 years with Dignity.

Throughout his career, Adam has worked across a variety of roles, including Hub Administrator, Funeral Director, Team Leader, and Business Leader. This breadth of experience gives him a deep understanding of both the operational side of the business and, most importantly, the level of care families need and deserve.

Adam’s role focuses on ensuring that every member of the team is equipped to deliver the highest standard of care and compassion. He is passionate about making sure every person entrusted to us receives a service that families can feel proud of — one that reflects their loved one in a truly personal and meaningful way.
At the heart of his role is supporting both the team and the community, making sure families feel guided, supported, and fully informed at every step.

💭 Something you might not realise…
For Adam, one of the most rewarding parts of the role is the feedback received from families. It reflects the difference the team can make at one of the most difficult times in someone’s life — offering guidance, reassurance, and creating a lasting and meaningful farewell.

Away from work, Adam is also a Level 4 football referee and an Under 7s coach for Devizes Town FC, showing the same dedication and commitment within the local community.
