I had the pleasure of dropping off our wonderful regular couple at the Heathrow T4 Hotel. Why the hotel stay? So they can be completely refreshed and ready for their HUGE flight tomorrow... they are heading all the way to Malaysia! 🇲🇾✈️
They're not just going for a quick break either—they're celebrating Christmas and ringing in a Happy New 2027 in sunny style! 🤯 Talk about holiday goals! See you both bright and early in January! 👋 (Seriously, don't forget to send us a postcard of you relaxing while I'm scraping ice off the car! 😉)

Escaping the Freeze and Battling the Jet Lag! 🥶➡️🥵
What a difference a day (and a time zone) makes! It's been an entertaining 24 hours here at Bimbal Transportation! 😂

On Thursday morning, we were privileged to whisk away our lovely regular customer to East Midlands Airport. Her mission? To escape the currently freezing English temperatures and soak up the sunshine in Lanzarote! ☀️ Smart move! We hope you have the most wonderfully warm and relaxing trip!

Then, just after midnight on Friday (yes, I moonlight as a vampire sometimes 🧛), we were at Manchester Airport picking up a couple returning from Espargos. We got them safely back home, but seriously, I hope the sudden temperature shock doesn't turn you into a human popsicle! 🧊 Welcome back!

Oh boy, buckle up, Buttercups! 😅 The last few days at Bimbal Transportation felt less like driving and more like navigating a real-life, high-stakes game of Monopoly—except every card said, "Go directly to Diversion, do not pass Go, do not collect £200!" 🚧🌧️🚔

Despite the M1 trying to personally sabotage my schedule, and the roads throwing everything from closures to rogue puddles at me, we conquered! 💪

Here’s the chaotic but successful recap:

* Wednesday’s "Easy" Drive: A pleasant afternoon pick-up from East Midlands Airport for our regular couple returning from Paphos, Cyprus. 🇨🇾 It ended up being an unplanned safari tour through "undiscovered back roads" thanks to diversions. Who needs GPS when you have sheer determination (and maybe a little bit of panic)? 😂

* Thursday's Manchester Mayhem:

* An early drop-off at Manchester T1 for a flight to Cape Verde. ✈️ Between an M1 accident and heavy traffic, we discovered more "shortcuts" than a seasoned explorer! We made it on time! High-five! ✋

* The afternoon pick-up of three lads returning from their "break" 😉 in Benidorm was also a marathon. Rush hour, drivers who clearly lost their driving licenses in a past life, torrential rain, and thick fog. It was truly an immersive experience! But we delivered them safely back to Doncaster. Phew!

* Friday's Marrakech & Magic:

* The early morning run to Manchester Airport for a couple flying to Marrakech was surprisingly smooth! We left early to beat the traffic, and the roads were silent! They arrived with so much spare time, they could enjoy a few cold ones in the lounge. Cheers! 🍻

* Since it made no sense to drive all the way back just to return, I pulled over near the airport and grabbed a Costa and been patiently waiting for next fare.
The return pick-up (family from Oslo) was classic Friday: rain, heavy traffic, and puddles so big I thought I needed a boat! 🛶 But, yet again, they were transferred safely.
