Quick reminder to all of you
who STRUGGLE with time.
Who feel stuck.
Who feel that whatever you do,
Whatever you're going through
Is a never ending job.

Take a moment to RELAX.
A day to BREATHE,
To ENJOY,
To do whatever your inner child wants.

Your thoughts are jammed.
The same as the traffic is
in a motorway car crash.
No new ideas can come through.

Relax, breathe, detach.

Get out of 'I scream'
And have an ice cream. 🙈😂

Everything will seem easier after, I promise 😇

No word I say is the absolute Truth
As every day, with every situation,
I change
And so my thoughts.

I had a revelation like many others
That hit me hard.

So let me start with a question or two.

How many opportunities have you lost to FEAR?

And how many unaccomplished DESIRES have made you suffer?

And if you were free indeed,
How would that freedom feel
When what you want didn't come true
Or, what you've feared happened?

How does the FREEDOM feel?

The last few years
Haven't taken your freedom away.
Just pointed to you
that the false sense of freedom you had
Can be played around.

Desire is good
As long as it doesn't
Make you a slave.
As long as you can still find happiness
Without having the desired outcome.

Fear is good
As long as it doesn't stop you
From being/ having/ experiencing
What you desire.

True freedom is not outside you.
True freedom is when you master your mind,
Your thoughts
And you CAN BE
no matter what the circumstances are.

Running with no shoes
On the green fresh cut grass,
Without dreaming of a holiday,
Of a lover,
Of wining the jackpot,
Of an infinite abundant life,
With open arms,
Heading to nowhere,
To no one,
Just you and the Infinite.

Or, without fearing the loss,
The grief,
The lack,
The rejection
The judgements of others.

Freedom doesn't require nothing,
But your mind does.

So, who is then not free?
