This is your warm-hearted invitation to share a beautiful morning discovering how to swim free in the ocean of love that is within every heart. With all the fear and hatred being pushed these days, perhaps being loving with ourselves and others is the most helpful thing we can do for the world as well as for our nearest and dearest. Together we experience the original mindfulness shared by the Buddha, Yeshua (Jesus) and all the great teachers - shifting focus from our thoughts to our hearts. From here we allow our bodies to move from the heart and then rest in the healing vibration of David's beautiful sound journey.
