For this project, we took a phased approach, allowing the client to invest where it would make the biggest impact while staying within budget.

It wasn't just about making the property look better – it was about improving how the space worked for guests.

For example, the property slept six people, yet there was only one sofa. We introduced additional seating so everyone had somewhere comfortable to relax. We replaced the window dressings to soften the space, add warmth and create a more homely feel. We also redesigned the dining area to make it feel inviting and somewhere guests would genuinely want to gather.

Throughout the process, we considered how guests would experience and use each room, ensuring the property felt welcoming, practical and comfortable from the moment they walked through the door.

The result? A refreshed space that feels like home and is designed to leave a lasting impression.
