Tech Pair are supporting a fantastic organisation in Glasgow with the appointment of two experienced Programme Managers' to play a key roles in a major transformation programme.

These are senior visible roles for someone who can bring structure, clarity and momentum across multiple interconnected projects and change initiatives.

You’ll be leading programme delivery across a complex environment, working closely with senior stakeholders, service areas, suppliers and external partners to turn strategy into outcomes that make a genuine difference.

We’re keen to speak with Programme Managers who have experience in:
✅ Leading complex programmes made up of multiple related projects
✅ Building and improving governance, reporting and delivery frameworks
✅ Managing risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and benefits
✅ Supporting and developing Project Managers and delivery teams
✅ Working with senior stakeholders in complex or regulated environments
✅ Digital, IT, infrastructure or organisational change delivery

Recognised qualifications such as MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM or PMP would be highly relevant.

Drupal Developer | Glasgow Hybrid

We’re working with a long-established, employee-owned digital agency in Glasgow who are looking for an experienced Drupal Developer to join their close-knit technical team.

This one is ideal for someone who wants proper project variety, technical ownership and the chance to work on meaningful long-term client projects without the red tape of a large corporate environment.

You’ll be working across Drupal 9/10/11 projects, including upgrades, custom builds, migrations, integrations and wider full-stack development.

The setup:
