As part of Dying Matters Week, Age UK Leeds invite you to a free workshop delivered by Full Circle Funerals on Wednesday 6th May, from 10am til 12 noon.

The workshop will explore the options and choices around funerals and the rituals associated with remembering a life, and how to plan for this.

Free refreshments including cake and biscuits will be provided.

Sabine Horner, a nutritionist specialising in supporting people after a profound loss, has been awarded £5,000 by the National Lottery Community Fund to create practical support for bereaved people on low incomes.

Struggling with cooking during grief? Join our friend Sabine Horner, a grief nutritionist, for a free online workshop on Friday 10 April, 5-6pm.

Learn to make a simple, nourishing dih with affordable ingredients (£3-5). Cook along or just watch - no pressure.
