We appreciate how stressful any type of change is for the older generation but we all like to make sure our parents are safe in their home, and with a simple system they are able to use.

We work with the local NET, so a lot of the older residents of Garforth do know us already, and when we are organising home security for them we make sure that their family is involved at every step of the way, but also ensure the resident is involved in the decision making process too.

Our systems have an app so that if the resident has not set their alarm as they normally would, or have not entered a specific occupancy zone for a period of time, close family can be notified on the app so that they are able to check all is well. This gives all parties peace of mind.

We are used to dealing with more senior clients who may have dementia or other age related ailments, rest assured we are always respectful of the situation.
