In 3️⃣ straightforward steps, Create Support will work with you to design a live-in care package to support you, or your loved one at home.

Live-in care means you have a fully trained carer, or support worker who stays in your own home for an agreed period of time. This can be short, or long term depending on your care or support needs. Live in care enables you to receive care, or support solely for yourself rather than your staff member being shared with others such as in residential care. This means your care package is individualised to your needs only, promoting continued independence where possible in your own home and your local community.
