A new service has been launched by Hackney Council to help young adults aged 18 to 25 access mental health support. Talk Changes is a confidential mental health support service in City and Hackney. 100% of young adults who have used the service have said they would recommend it to others. RiP Jamal Edwards. Our heated go out to his mother and father and the family grieving at this time. His life is a great loss to the world. He worked tirelessly to support his community and took mental health work very seriously. He has set a foundation which we much carry on in his honour.
