So there are two types of skills, one is hard skills and the other is soft skills. 90% of people work on hard skills and only 10% are working on soft skills.

The hard skills include programming, doing work on computers, and other type of physical work, the soft skills include creative thinking, teamwork, and more.

The hard skills are easily replaceable by AI, ChatGPT is an example here. But soft skills be will hard and even impossible to replace by AI.
