Our scope of works included:
🔹 Full façade repointing using traditional lime mortar (1:1:6 mix)
🔹 Masonry and render repairs, including crack stitching and cornice restoration
🔹 Timber joinery repairs to sills and frames, primed and repainted
🔹 Replacement and redecoration of rainwater goods and cast-iron pipework
🔹 Cleaning, treatment, and redecoration of all external surfaces
🔹 Full gutter and drainage system inspection and cleaning
🔹 Cable management and removal of redundant wiring for a clean finish

This project combined heritage sensitive methods with modern standards of safety and quality, ensuring the building remains protected and visually true to its original character.
